Great to have nibbles with on a summery Cocktail Friday, the Grain Bar’s ‘Hanky Panky’ combines gin and sweet vermouth with the herbal Fernet Branca – a thick, bitter flavour made from an Italian secret recipe said to contain more than 27 different herbs and spices including aloe, rhubarb and saffron. Very continental!
Ingredients:
60mls gin
15mls sweet vermouth
10mls Fernet Branca
Method:
Combine all ingredients, stir and strain into coupe or martini glass.
