Ingredients:
60ml Talisker 10YO
45ml Sours Mix
45ml Smoke Syrup
30ml Egg White
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker, dry shake first, then add ice and wet shake. Double strain into copper mule mug full of ice. Serve with a lemon wedge.
