Ingredients:
60ml Gin Mare gin
30ml lime juice
20ml rosemary infused syrup
15ml egg white
Pinch of pepper
Bar spoon of olive brine
2 dashes of Peychard bitters
Method:
Shake and serve in a Coupette glass.
Garnish with an olive and a sprig of rosemary.
