Ingredients:
– 60ml Belvedere Unfiltered
– Healthy 15ml of quince purée
– 5ml lemon
– 2/3-gram slice of blue cheese
Method:
Combine Belvedere Unfiltered, quince purée, lemon and blue cheese into a shaker with ice and shake firmly for ten seconds.
Double strain into a coupette. Serve with a small bowl of candied walnuts as garnish.
