Amelia and Clint
If I lived by the beach, you can bet I’d be rising every morning sunrise, coffee in hand to watch the day break and the waves roll in. Amelia and Clint were joined by photographer Kristy Toepfer Photography at Manly Beach one cold Winter’s morning to capture their engagement photos as the sun rose over the water.
Of their funniest stories, the couple tell, ” Once Clint was trying to fix the washing machine, and forgot to put the hose back into the sink….the next time Amelia put a load of washing on, the whole apartment got flooded and she nearly broke her tailbone falling over in the kitchen!”
On what she loves about Clint, Amelia tells, “I love Clint’s amazing sense of humour – I am constantly laughing with (and at) him! I also love his passion for his work (he is a teacher), and his extreme loyalty towards me, his family and his friends.”
When Clint popped the question, it was a complete surprise. The story goes, “Clint surprised Amelia with a romantic weekend away at the beach…as they were watching the sun go down with a glass of wine in hand, Clint proposed while ‘their song’ played in the background.”
On what he loves about his future wife, Clint tells, “I love Amelia’s selflessness and empathy, that she loves me unconditionally and I love her beauty, inside and out!”
As the couple live together on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Manly was a natural photo spot. Amelia and Clint telling, “We live on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, so there was never any other option than a beach style shoot. We are also quite camera shy, so didn’t want to shoot to look forced or unnatural. The 6am start time on the first day of winter was definitely not our idea though, but the sunrise was absolutely gorgeous and the photos turned out perfectly!”
Beautiful couple! I love how natural and unforced they look in these photos. Props to the photographer as well!
Gorgeous images 🙂 Love those rocks!
So romantic
