We love hearing advice from Grooms after their own big day, and Matt’s fantastic words of wisdom (after his Intimate Autumn Wedding to Jenni) should ring true for so many wedding-goers – not just the Groom!
Matt advises “Decide on a big “last song for the night” early on (make it a good one!) and communicate it to the guests (the ones you know will be on the dance floor!). I’ve been to so many weddings where the music just stops abruptly, the lights come on and then you are booted out of the venue without even realising there was only one song to go! We decided on “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen and it was such an awesome moment – everyone on the dance floor singing all the words and dancing like crazy. It was such a great way to finish off the night!”
