On a recent visit to the Gold Coast I was lucky enough to have a delicious lunch at Palazzo Versace’s Vie Bar. It was there that I first had this drink that the waiter said was something the bar staff put together. It was soooo delicious that I felt I needed to share it with all the Polka Dotters out there! So here it is, Palazzo Versace’s Vie Bar Asian Mule!

Ingredients:

– fresh strawberries

– lychees

– lime

– 30 ml strawberry liqueur (can use vodka if you prefer)

– 30ml lychee liqueur

– ginger beer

Method:

Muddle together the strawberries, lychees and lime. Add the liquers and some ice and shake. Pour into a glass filled with ice and top up with ginger beer. Delicious!
