Potts Point favourite Jimmy Liks has one very popular cocktail and today, this Cocktail Friday, we get to share it!

Open for almost eleven years, Jimmy Liks has fresh South East Asian cuisine with incredible flavour and plenty of patrons going back for more!

One of their signature and most popular cocktails is this incredibly flavoured – with a touch of absinthe, Jimmy Liks Ho Chi Tea!

Ingredients:

1/4 green apple
30ml Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka
15ml Pomme Verte
5ml Absinthe
15ml Lime Juice
30ml apple juice
5ml Sugar syrup
Red fruit tea
Mint leaves

Method:
Muddle apple in a Boston Shaker glass.
Fill glass with ice.
Add Zubrowka, Pomme Verte, Absinthe, lime juice, apple juice and sugar syrup.
Shake vigorously.
Tip all ingredients into clean Boston glass.
Top with red tea.
Garnish with mint.
