Ingredients:
50ml of COINTREAU
15ml Fresh lime juice
1 Fresh Passionfruit
1 slice of Thai chilli pepper
50ml of soda water
Garnish: Thai chilli pepper
Method:
In a boston shaker pour the passionfruit and add the slice of Thai chilli pepper. Add Cointreau and lime juice. Fill with ice. Shake until the metal tin is frosted.
Strain into the glass over ice, and top off with soda water. Garnish with a Thai chilli pepper.
