Ingredients:

– 30 ml Matusalem Platino
– 30 ml Lychee Liqueur
– 30 ml Lychee puree
– 1 Large basil leaf torn apart
– 4 Lime wedges
– Soda top up

Method:

1. Muddle lime and basil in highball glass

2. Add spirits and lychee puree, then stir

3. Fill glass with crushed ice and stir

4. Top up with soda water
