  • 45ml Gran Centanario Plata (Tequila)
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • 20ml Bartender Agave
  • A few cardamom pods

Method:

Shake and then strain into a glass. Top with Hoegaarden (beer)

Captain Melville’s cocktail list is inspired by the 1850′s era, with cleverly named cocktails that draw on the history of the period. The pub itself is named after legendary bushranger, Captain Melville, who roamed the Victorian countryside in the era.
