The Eastern influence of New York Japanese restaurant Haru, is alive and well this week as we bring you one of their famous cocktail recipes. This week the unusual but ever so refreshing Elderflower Cucumber Crush.

Ingredients:

–  Your choice of .5 oz Myers Platinum Rum or Beefeater 24 Gin

– 29ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur

– 29ml Fresh Lime Juice

– 29ml oz soda water

– 15ml sweet/sour mix

– Shredded cucumber

 

Method:

1. Muddle shredded cucumber with lime juice

2. Add other ingredients, mix well

3. Garnish with shredded cucumber and lime

4. Serve over ice in a Pilsner glass.
