When I stumbled across this hidden gem I could hardly believe it. Custom made shirts with scotch or fine coffee? Why did nobody come up with this idea sooner?
Located on Sussex Lane in Sydney’s CBD, The Shirt Bar is one way to turn shirt shopping into nothing less than a luxurious experience. From the 400 fabrics they have to choose from for your bespoke, ready to wear (with a custom fit) or custom made to measure shirt to the plush dark chocolate leather chairs and range of scotch cocktails and food (including breakfast!) to satisfy your shopping hunger.
Much more than simply a bar with a shop attached, The Shirt Bar melds it all together with a shirt club and a scotch club- both offering discounts, special offers and membership deals. There’s even regular scotch tasting nights.
Owner Justin owns his shirt brand (which he sells along other prestigious and well made Australian labels) and wanted a different way to sell his wares. The Shirt Bar was born.
Quality Australian made clothing is becoming harder and harder to find and I love that this concept store has popped up. Allowing you to not only find an incredible custom made shirt for your wedding day, but to become part of the experience The Shirt Bar provides.

Hi there. Just for your reference. Shirt Bar is not in Surry Hills, it is in the business district of Sydney CBD, Sussex Lane.
Adam, the correction has been made.
