I wondered last week why Australians don’t seem to really “do” bow ties at weddings (except for black tie). Are we too laid back? Is it because it’s so often a “Southern USA” thing? I love the look of a sweet bow tie, it’s such a fun, quirky touch to add to your wedding day outfit. I remember when I was growing up my father had a red bow tie with tiny silver polka dots (oh gosh, seems the love of polka dots was present even then!) that I just loved and always liked to look at when he got dressed up to go to a ball.
I love these Etsy offerings from seller Xoelle.

What a lovely feature. xxx
Thanks so much for this post! I have been trying to find decent images of bow ties for ages to show my fiance for our wedding 🙂
Squeeeeeeeeee! How cute are bow ties?!
So cute! Love the bow-ties!
SO FUN!!
Great feature, i love a bow tie on a funky groom… One of my recent brides (who I’ve featured on my blog) had a very fashion-conscious groom and we had a cool silvery-blue silk bow-tie made for him. He looked so dapper and cool on their wedding day!! here’s the link, look for Karen & Graham’s English Castle Wedding-
