Today’s board is one I created for one of our reader’s sisters. The bride and groom are marrying in a traditional church in Adelaide but are having their reception in the seaside suburb of Glenelg.
The bride has chosen a colour palette of white with her bridesmaids in red. This board combined the elements she has chosen for her wedding to help her with the rest of her wedding plans.
I find red a difficult colour to use in formal weddings as it can be so dominant, how are you using red at your wedding?

My dress is claret, we have a wax monogram stamped onto the side of the guests personal tea light holders (half in red, half in white), there will be cranberries in some of the centerpieces, the clothe runners on the tables are claret, the groom is wearing white and his vest and ascot are claret and half the candies at the candy bar will be red.
