Bronte & Lachlan

Lachlan proposed to his girlfriend of six years in the very place where he first admitted her loved her. “When we were 13 we met at a youth group. It took us a couple of years to build the courage to talk to each other, but once we did we quickly realised we were like two peas in a pod. Our personalities so perfectly suited.” tells the bride to be Bronte. “Each June long weekend we retreat away to the small country town Nundle, NSW. It was here Lachlan first told me he loved me and here 6 years later as we explored through the pine forest he asked me to spend forever with him.”

So it makes sense that the pair chose a forest, albeit but the sea, for their engagement photos with Samuel Jacob Photography. The trio taking to the coastal suburb of Dudley to capture the beginning of something rather special.

“With each day we seem to just fall more in love with each other. I’m continually amazed by his positive and selfless nature, it keeps our relationship fresh and spontaneous, ” tells Bronte.

On what they love about one another, Bronte shares “I love that together we always strive to look on the bright side of life.”
