I really don’t think anywhere in the world does country weddings quite like Australia and today’s white & green country wedding ideas with a touch of luxe bring to life the rustic country shed and turns it into something beautifully special.

Photographed by Carmen Hickey Photography and Emma Johnson Photography, with filming by Dolce Films, wedding coordinator Yellow Lane Wedding & Event Designs headed up the team, creating a setting of grey linens from Harry the Hirer, with white flowers, greenery and plenty of gold detail.  The table, from Wagga Event Hire & Styling, was topped with a little tropical fun with palm print stationery designed by Willo Creative.

Amazing white flowers of all shapes and sizes were the focus of the shoot, at the historic 1920’s  Millwood Lane, floral designer With Love Bespoke Styling chose sculptural blooms and placed them in simple white and gold vases as decor, creating a greenery garland that was a beautiful contrast to the grey linens on the head table. Harans Patisserie creating a wedding cake that reflected the detail of the Phalaenopsis orchid, with a tiered cake of grey and white.

Our bride, Lauren, dressed in romantic gowns from  Matheson & Me took on a regal style with a KarenMaree Millinery gold crown, styled with hair by Shannon Thompson of Unique Edge and makeup by  Gypsygirl Beauty.

Brooke of Yellow Lane telling “My inspiration for this shoot came from a desire to show that a rustic, country shed in regional NSW, could be more than just a shed on a gorgeous property. I started imagining lush greenery, delicate white ‘Phalaenopsis’ orchids and pops of gold, contrasting with the rustic, natural walls and surroundings to create a luxe vibe.”
