Photography is a main driver of Polka Dot Bride so we’re always especially thankful for our photographer friends and I’m even more excited to introduce you to Corey Photographer – Corey was the leading photographer on our most recent collaborative shoot (which he made so much fun!). Corey’s got a beautiful. light filled style and captures the most hilarious moments but almost the most poignant.
We asked Corey from Corey Photographer five questions in five minutes –
What is your favourite after five drink?
Orange cotter’s cordial and sangria (not together).
Your favourite weekend getaway?
I don’t get many weekends off but If we do go away it’s somewhere with water in summer and somewhere with snow in the winter.
Favourite restaurant?
Ginger Boy in Melbourne has the best hawker food style menu and the best cocktails.
What can we find you eating for breakfast on a Sunday morning?
Passionfruit Yogurt and water.
Your favourite wedding story?
My own, my wife Mel and I were married 7 years ago in her parents backyard, we had our reception at a teppanyaki restaurant on chapel street. We met a gig in Melbourne but after that I didn’t see her for a year, I kept thinking about her and ran into her brother a bunch of times. We finally crossed paths again at another gig and I thought I’m not letting her get away again, so I dropped in to her place the next day and we hung out. 10 years later and well it’s still awesome and she is still beautiful.
