Antony Todd has often been called one of the world’s best interior designers, and we can claim him as our own! Antony now resides in New York styling homes, businesses and fabulous events.
Growing up in Melbourne (where it’s said he dropped out of uni!), Antony worked in stage production and flew the nest after a holiday to New York in 1992.
After decorating for New York house wives, he landed his first big gig in 2005 when he was booked to decorate the ballroom for the 50th anniversary of the United Nations by Bill & Hillary Clinton.
Still returning for frequent retreats to Australia, Antony’s career blossomed leading him to decorate events for Glamour Magazine, Elle McPherson, Sienna Miller and the editor of Martha Stewart Weddings own big day- Darcy Miller.
With a brilliant talent for florals, Antony believes in keeping things simple and stylish- but never boring! His interiors have graced the cover of Vogue (not least his own apartment!) and his use of colour has wowed many design fanatics.
Antony opened his own New York store in 2006 and has even released his own cutlery line! He also makes an appearance on Martha Stewart’s Wedding DVD Collection and his work frequently appears in Martha Stewart Weddings.
Stunning gorgeous work!
Wow! What absolutely stunning floral designs! I am in complete awe of his talent and cannot believe that I am not familiar with his work. Thank you so much for sharing. I am a huge Preston Bailey fan and Antony’s designs certainly do belong in the same elite league!
